THE COLLABORATION CANVAS
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in virtual teams, ranging from software development to management consulting, sometimes leading and at other times participating as a team member. An early lesson I learned is the importance of continually reassessing our team's work methods in a virtual environment. A crucial aspect of this continuous improvement involves remaining vigilant for new digital tools and being prepared to explore how they can facilitate effective and sustainable work practices.
For this purpose I developed "The Collaboration Canvas", a structured aid for teams and organizations aiming to enhance digital collaboration. It revolves around nine essential capabilities required for effective functioning in virtual teams or organizations. These capabilities, along with strategies for their improvement, are elaborated upon in my book, "Superpowering People - Designing the Collaborative Digital Organization".

Such as leadership and trust now when working life is changing and many are lost in how they should act.
THE DEAD HORSE THEORY ILLUSTRATED - EBOOK
The Dakota people have a saying: "When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount."
However, contemporary organizations tend to favor more sophisticated strategies, such as reorganizing, rebranding, adopting new technologies, outsourcing, among others.
